Return & Refund

We value our customers and strive to meet all their needs. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest standard of products and service. All our products come with a 28 day guarantee. We will warrant and accept returns of any merchandise that is defective in workmanship or materials.

Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product contact us to obtain a return approval. There are no returns on special order items for any reason. You will have to ship the items back at your expense. Do not return the item on COD terms.

All items must be returned in “new and unused” condition in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Original tags and labels must be returned with the item. Please send us a note explaining the issue and expected solution, whether it’s an exchange for another item or size, etc., credit or refund.

Any item that you deem to be defective can be returned to us for inspection. After inspection we will determine whether there was a defect or error on our part and then replace or repair the item at our discretion or refund. Shipping of repaired or replaced items to you is at our expense.
